This is a complaint regarding the disputed transaction I have noticed in my credit card bill statement.
I received the billing statement on 19/07/2020 and noticed that on 15/06/2020 confirmation of order was placed relating to a contract that I have no knowledge of. I haven’t bought or gone out on the tentative date hence the transaction was not made by my side.
The bank is requested to repay the disputed transaction and sanction the repayment of the amount.
