About the role
You will be part of one or more of the following teams
→Customer success
→Service companies which use eLitmus
→Campus & test delivery
→Ensure test is delivered with zero malpractices across India. This includes identifying test centre, proctors and defining best practices
→Onboard colleges to use eLitmus services
→Digital marketing
→This function is yet to be set up
While your tasks could, prima facie, appear repetitive, after spending 6 months or so you will be expected to improve and make them perfect, and this requires an extensive knowledge base (for example using macros of excel).
Though this role resembles a general management role, you will do well only if you are a geek / nerdish person. You are more likely to succeed with our customers if you are knowledge driven rather than just being able to talk well.

→2021/22 batch
→Great academics
→Good communication skills
→Not rejected in the last 12 months for any role at eLitmus
Selection process for eLitmus Looking To Hire Freshers For Management Trainee
→Round 1: Basic Aptitude test
→Round 2: Online communication (speaking) test
→Round 3: Interviews
→Will include puzzle-solving
Service Terms:
Company spends considerable effort in training new interns / employees through direct mentoring. Candidates willing to commit to a minimum of 12 months of full-time employment post internship need only apply.
Compensation Details:
The CTC of 4.5 lakh includes Phantom Bonus stocks worth 1 lakh which is assured cash (not linked to stock price) and paid out over 3 years (5% in first year, 10% in second year and 15% in third year).
→Above mentioned CTC would be applicable post successful completion of 3 months of internship at Bangalore office. The stipend shall be 20,000/month
