Michelle Brown had ordered a desktop from your organization, Dell. However, on receiving her order she noticed that the computer is not working and the screen is broken. She is not happy about her order and has placed a complaint. Please have this issue rectified.
This is to register the complaint about the newly delivered Dell desktop I bought from your store. I received the desktop packed in a box on 25th July 2021. Firstly the delivery was very late even when it was priorly informed it was an important requirement. Later when we opened the box it had two cracks one on the middle and the other on the side of the screen.
I am unable to finish my work because of extremely bad service from your side and kindly request you to deliver a new good working desktop as soon as possible or return my money.
