Job Title : Programming Associate
Job Type : Full Time
Location : Mumbai
Experience : Fresher – 2 Years
Role and Responsibility :
- Study program specifications to gain deeper understanding of performance expectations and coding requirements.
- Collaborate with Senior Programmers to plan for coding and overall program development.
- Research solutions to coding and performance issues.
- Regularly update project manger on progress and time estimations to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning.
- Translate program performance expectations documents into logical programming sequence and ultimately, into code.
- Perform trial runs in coding stages and modify any existing and potential issues.
- Document control language for advanced troubleshooting reference documents.
- Advance professional development through active participation in industry organizations, reading programming publications and pursuing educational
Education and Skills :
- Qualification: BE (IT), BE (CS/EE), MCA (CS/IT), Msc (IT), Bsc (IT)
- 0-2 years of experience
- Competitive compensation commensurate with the best in the industry
- Persistent and positive attitude
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals
- Creative problem solver analytical skills
- Implementation approach and attitude to build out best possible solutions
- Proficient with languages: HTML, CSS, Java, Js, React NodeJS, Python, NOSQL, SQL

- Familiar with tools like Firebase, Webflow
- You will start at a probationary position and be eligible for conversion to full-time status in 3-6 months
