Preferred Qualifications:- Knowledge on Cloud computing concepts is preferable.
Job Description:-
- Learn Develop and maintain the Salesforce and Salesforce.com platform to ensure continued delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions to meet business needs.
- Work closely with the Senior Development leads and help them with the development activities.
- Understand the working culture and gain the required domain knowledge required for the day to day job functions.
- Gain the application knowledge and able to support the team in administrating and developing the new and existing application features.
Responsibilities:-

- Gain the application knowledge and able to support the team in administrating and developing the new and existing application features.
- Learn and Provide day-to-day administration and support of Salesforce applications.
- Configure page layouts, Reporting Snapshots, Roles Profiles, Permission Sets, Custom Permissions, FLS and Sharing Rules
- Partner with Salesforce developers to solution when customization is needed.
- Lean and support on how to manage and address production support issues.
- Support the creation and maintenance of documentation on processes, policies, protocols, application configuration and help-related materials for users as applications are developed
