Required Qualifications Skills:-

1. Good knowledge of distributed systems.
2. Object oriented programming language (C# will be preferred)
3. Knowledge of RDBMS like SQL Server.
4. Understanding of DevOps Concepts.
5. Knowledge of VCS tools such as GIT and Bitbucket.
6. Knowledge of Test driven development using TDD tool like NUnit/Junit/MS test/TSQl-T
7. Behaviour Driven Development- using tool such as SpecFlow or equivalent.
8. Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodology and software development approach.

Skills that will help you in the role:

1. Knowledge of or willingness to learn data science using R or python.

1. Work with business users and business analysts alongside senior members to drill into requirements.
2. Work within scrum / business teams to come up with the functional and technical design of the applications.
3. Learn, Implement Maintain DevOps/automation features.
4. Create automated feature tests (TDD/BDD) for all new functions.
5. Work in a continuous build mode (using GIT / Team City).
6. Deploy and test with scrum team members / business in a sprint / iterative manner.
7. Build and deploy.
8. Post implementation support.
9. Continuous improvement and contribute to the design of the overall solution.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Graduate Developer is accountable to Platform Lead and would be working on a single complex project, or multiple standard projects, as a Developer.
2.  Collaborating with Architects, PMs and developers as well as support and Infrastructure teams during and for the Design and development of the software components within the project scope, ensuring quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness in order to support the high performance delivery of change projects within RDC.

1. Support to Design Phases through performing requirement analysis and design.
2. Provision of strong build expertise to both project development and BAU enhancement. · Support to defect resolution activities during testing phases.
3. Maintain all formal controls documents and record to audible level and incompliance with current application delivery documentation standards
4. Proficient in either OOPS, Java, C/C++, J2EE, Oracle, Hibernate, WebLogic, Spring or mainframe Technologies
5. Work very closely with the test automation lead to deliver robust test harnesses to meet complex testing needs of various projects.
6. Responsible for creating and maintaining automated GUI and SOA test cases.
7.  Execute the automated packs and provide consolidated feedback to the automation lead on a regular basis
