Subject: Illegal encroachment of footpaths.
Dear Sir,
Through the column of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of the Government towards the encroachment of pavements everywhere in the city.
As we all know that crores of rupees are spent on the construction of pavements for the benefit of pedestrians, but sadly these footpaths have been encroached upon everywhere in the city and people are forced to walk on crowded roads at the risk of their lives leading to increasing the rate of road accidents.
Thereby I request the Government to take strict actions against encroachers and make roads safer places for both pedestrians and vehicle drivers.
Thanking You
Rama Mohan
