This is to inform you that I had ordered Sneha Mixer Grinder on 10th December from XYZ Online Shopping. It was promptly delivered by 12th December.
Firstly, I was very disappointed with the packaging. It was not at all up to the mark. Once opened, the main body of the mixture had a long crack.
I had tried to get in touch with the damaged goods department through your customer care but they were unable to resolve the issue.
I am your regular customer and this has been my first bad experience with you. I thereby, request you to kindly replace the mixer grinder with a new one or refund the amount as full payment has been done at the time of booking.
Please find attached the bill payment receipt. Hoping to get the issue resolved at the earliest.
