Subject: Rash and reckless driving by people of Chennai.

Dear Sir,

Through the column of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to bring to notice the increasing cases of rash and reckless driving by the people in our city. Drivers are putting their lives at risk for adventure by the younger generation or in aim to reach their destination earlier. These people are also putting the lives of innocent people at risk. Most of the time 2 wheeler bike riders are without helmets. They should be heavily fined and the number of police patrolling cars and speed breakers should increase on such roads. 

Hope you take this up with the concerned authorities and they take appropriate steps to curb it.
