Dear Madam,

I, on behalf of all the students, would like to bring to your knowledge that some immediate improvements need to be made in the school canteen.

First of all, we request you to change the menu as we are bored with the repeated items every single day. Secondly, most of the benches and tables are worn out and need replacement. The quality of food is no doubt very good but with these few changes, it will be a more pleasant experience for students who are away from their families and miss home food.
