I am (Ramesh Chopra) regret to inform you that the XYZ brand car which I bought from Smart automotive Company was stuck in the middle of the road during one of my important interview journeys. When I contacted your service centre it is located out of the city and that very few service centres are there. I came to know that already many complaints are already pending and it may not be resolved within one day!
I am highly disappointed by the kind of service you people offering. After spending such a huge amount one would expect some quality product and the car is not yet delivered. If It goes on like this then, your Company might lose huge customers. Your company may lose its customer satisfaction and eventually leading to the debacle of the firm.
I suggest you look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible, I don’t want to have such an experience again in future!
