Subject: Misbehaviour of auto-rickshaw drivers in the city.

Dear Sir,

Through the column of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to bring to light the very basic and common concern that we are facing. Auto-rickshaw being the most commonly used transport in our city is no longer as public-friendly as it used to be. 

Auto-rickshaw drivers have become very rude and misbehave most of the time. They always demand Rs.30- Rs.50 above the meter amount which is not at all acceptable. Moreover, most of the time their meters are not working. To add to it they are not willing to drop the passengers at their doorsteps. They charge extra if the drop point is far from the main road. Not all auto-rickshaw drivers are blunt but most of them are. 

I would appreciate it if you would bring up this concern in the column of your newspaper and get the concerned authorities to act on it.
