Recently I had purchased a product from your renowned ITEX company. Contrary to your claims about the performance of this product, it didn’t work as expected. I had raised this issue to the customer care folks, but they are very reluctant to provide any solution. Even no technician has visited my place yet. The only help they are providing is putting me through automated teleservices. Not only this, they put me on hold for 19 minutes, and then the call got disconnected. When I tried to reconnect, no one answered it.
Then I wrote an e-mail to which I got a reply that the company will sort out my problem within two days. Now one week has passed still my issue is unresolved.
I never expected such irresponsible behaviour from the customer care team of such a reputed firm.
I, once again, request you to either fix my problem or replace the product at the earliest. If I don’t get positive action from you, I will be bound to go to the consumer forum court against your company.
