Subject – Complaint about the damaged state of new books

To Publisher

This is to complain to the publisher regarding the damaged state of newly delivered books which was received on 17th April 2020.

I ordered the set of seven books from your publication on the last week of March with order number 1JFO130. I received the parcel yesterday on 17th April 2020 and it was broken from the left side. When opened further four of the books were totally damaged by water and dirt and two of them were torn. The experience and excitement of reading all the books from the series have died down because of the poor service.

Kindly look into the problem and process my refund as soon as possible. You can pick up the damaged books from the same address at your own risk.
