To Sales Manager,

This is to complain that the Television I recently purchased from your store is not working properly since the first day.

I purchased the colour TV of ABC company from your store on 16th April 2020 which was delivered and installed by your team the same day. The TV worked fine for the first two hours and suddenly there were glitches. We tried contacting customer care but it was of no help. The TV isn’t working for three days now and we are very disappointed with this purchase.

Kindly replace the tv with a better and new option as soon as possible. Hoping for better service next time.
