I am Anshuman/Rashi from Delhi. About a month ago I bought a new video camera from your Ultra Modern Electronic House located in Abids, Hyderabad. The product ran really well for few weeks until i noticed something wrong with the camera.

As i start to record video on it the camera, it suddenly stops working for 30-40 seconds at stretch. I dont understand what might be causing the issue. I looked into the manuals and also the website of the company but i dont seem to find the issue or the solution.
