I am Nisha Chaurasia, I bought a colour TV set from your shop on last summer on 23rd June 2021. From few weeks I have discovered that the picture gets blurred every now and then. Even the sound has become defective. I would like to get the defects rectified and I also expect a replacement if needed under the 2 years warranty . The Receipt is attached with the letter.
