I am Gopa Niogi. I had purchased a watch from the Edison Showroom at Park Street in Kolkata. The model number is ICG5665, and I bought it for INR 26,800.

Having bought a higher-end model of the ICG series and from the authorised showroom of the brand, I expected it to function exceptionally well for 4-5 years. But much to my disappointment within a week there are issues of wrong time display despite of showing full charge and sometimes the display is blank. 

I request you to repair or replace it at the earliest. I have enclosed the bill for your reference.
