Subject – Request to increase the number of dustbins

This letter is regarding the less number of dustbins in our locality. Is causing the residence to throw the garbage beside the dustbins on road. These dustbins are small in height and are easily accessible to the street dogs who spread all the garbages on the roads which give out a bad smell every day.

We all from this residential area would like to request the authority to sanction larger dustbins both in terms of size and number. There should be a dustbin after every five houses which could be accessible to everyone easily. Also, there should be regular pickups of these garbages which will ensure that there are no notorious acts done by street dogs.

Hoping for your acknowledgement of the problem and installing the dustbins as soon as possible.
