I am Swati/Sourav. I want to share my side of the story through the column of the esteemed newspaper, The Times of India. I’ve been eating Fast food for several years, not knowing how it would affect my health. My body was affected badly. I became obese and had heart issues. It took me many years to get treated. Since then I’ve been living a healthy life.
I wanted to share my experience with everyone and share my ideas on the effects of junk food on health, so that people don’t have to face problems like me. Junk food may not affect instantly but slowly and gradually affect our health and make our living miserable.
